It’s that time of the year again —new Year, new you (or a better you, or the same you but trying to eat a little healthier). Time to get on those resolutions, and for most, eating better tops their list of things to do in 2016.

One easy way to get your daily does of fruits and vegetables in a low effort, tasty manner? Smoothies. The breakfast of champions for resolutioners.

In this Tipline video, we have a no-fail recipe for building the perfect-for-you smoothie. The recipe above includes bananas, blueberries, and strawberries for this vitamin-packed drink but you can play with adding whatever fruits and veggies you want.

This smoothie will you put you on a road to success in achieving at least one of those 2016 resolutions. Happy New Year!

Perfect Smoothie

½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 cup milk or juice of your choice
½ banana

All all ingredients to a blender, and blend for 30 seconds. For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or juice.
