How to Make 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Erica GonzalesFood & Travel Intern

The only thing better than a good batch of peanut butter cookies is one that’s easy to make. Thanks to this BuzzFeed recipe, you are only three ingredients away from a warm tray of these goodies.

1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg

Put the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a bowl and mix until the dough is fluffy and fully blended together. Then spoon out pieces of the dough, roll them into thumb-sized balls, and spread them out on a cookie sheet. Use a fork to press down and crosshatch the top of each round. Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. When they’re ready, they should look nice and golden brown.

The recipe can be easily altered for chocolate lovers, too. Top each cookie with a Hershey's Kiss right after you taken them out of the oven, or roll one into each piece of dough to make chocolate-filled peanut mounds.
