No-Churn Salted Caramel Ice Cream
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours

Servings: 6-7
Ingredients:
14-oz. sweetened condensed milk
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 tablespoons salted caramel sauce
2 cups heavy cream, chilled

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, stir condensed milk, caramel, vanilla and bourbon until combined. Set mixture aside.

2. In another bowl with a hand mixer, whip heavy cream on high until stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture with a spatula. Try to keep cream as fluffed as possible, while still combining.
