Kacey Musgraves' Golden Girl Vodka Cocktail

Golden Girl

Makes 1 cocktail

2 oz. vodka (McCullough and Musgraves made this using Zodiac vodka)
1 oz. honey syrup*
¾ oz. lemon juice
1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
1 lemon wheel, to garnish
1 pineapple wedge, for garnish

Combine all ingredients except garnishes, then shake and strain into a tall Collins glass. Add ice and garnish with lemon wheel and pineapple wedge.

* For honey syrup, combine four parts honey to one part hot water and stir to incorporate.

Optional tweaks: To add spice, muddle some fresh ginger and/or jalapeño pieces. For some fizz, add a splash of club soda.
