My Name Is Yeh's Funfetti Cake

Today’s cake comes from our Blogger of the Week, Molly Yeh of My Name is Yeh. The Juilliard graduate moved from New York City to North Dakota to be with her fiancé, a fifth-generation farmer. There she bakes, writes, and photographs recipes inspired by her Jewish and Asian roots.
Yeh will serve this Funfetti cake at her wedding in December. As you can see in the photo below, she went through in-depth sprinkle testing to get just the right results; her studies showed that the sprinkles need to be suspended in thick white batter for the colors to pop.
