The Gingerbread House Bar Just Got Raised

Ever wonder what a gingerbread farm would look like?
One of our favorite bloggers, Molly Yeh of My Name Is Yeh, shows us how it’s done: snow made of coconut flakes, gingerbread farm animals, and lots and lots of bright green-iced trees.
Yeh’s creation is an edible replica of Hagen Farm in Grand Forks, North Dakota, where she and her fiancé live.
Even if you’re not as obsessed with gingerbread houses as The Mindy Project's Danny Castellano, the woman behind the USPS’s seasonal stamps, or Yeh, her thorough stenciling process certainly wows. Check out her tutorial on food52.
