You Can Make All 10 of These Easy Meals in Under an Hour

He's done it again!

Richard Blais swung by for yet ANOTHER round of marathon cooking, and this time, he cooked a whopping 10 WHOLE MEALS in under an hour!

And the twist? Three of the ingredients (including VANILLA PUDDING 🤤) were a complete surprise until his surprise sous chef for the day — a randomly chosen member of our studio audience — picked them out.

1. Wasabi Pea + Broccoli Quesadillas

Ingredients:
-Flour tortilla
-EVOO
-Mozzarella cheese
-Monterey cheese
-Wasabi peas
-Shaved broccoli

Instructions:
-Drizzle the tortilla with some olive oil and griddle until brown on one side
-Sprinkle on cheese, and once it begins to melt, top with wasabi peas and shaved or finely chopped broccoli
-Drizzle with some olive oil then fold to enclose.

2. Brioche Soldiers

Ingredients:
-Brioche cut into soldiers
-Vanilla pudding

Instructions:
-Toast the brioche
-Serve with pudding for dipping sauce

3. Wasabi-Pea Crusted Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients:
-Ground wasabi peas
-Shaved broccoli tops
-Grated parmesan cheese
-Chicken cutlets
-Egg
-Tomato sauce

Instructions:
-Combine wasabi peas, broccoli and cheese
-Beat egg in a shallow bowl
-Dredge chicken in egg, then wasabi pea mixture
-Fry until chicken is golden and crisp on the outside
-Simmer chicken in tomato sauce until cooked through

4. Wasabi Pea-Crusted Chicken Ramen Burger

Ingredients:
-Ground wasabi peas
-Chicken cutlets
-Instant ramen noodles
-Pickle spears

Instructions:
-Dredge chicken in peas and fry on both sides until cooked through
-Sandwich between ramen noodles
-Serve with a pickle

5. Chicken Nachos with Wasabi Peas and Pickles

Ingredients:
-Flour tortillas
-Grated Monterey Jack, mozzarella and parmesan cheese
-Crushed wasabi peas
-Chopped pickle spears
-Chopped cooked chicken cutlets

Instructions:
-Cut tortillas into wedges and fry until crisp
-Top with cheese and melt in a warm oven
-Top with peas, pickles and chicken.
-Sprinkle with more cheese and return to oven to melt

6. Chocolate Milk Custard French Toast Brulee

Ingredients:
-2 eggs
-1 cup chocolate milk
-thick slices of brioche

Instructions:
-Beat eggs and milk together
-Dip bread into batter and griddle until crisp
-Sprinkle french toast with confectioners’ sugar and use a kitchen torch to caramelize
-Top with vanilla pudding

7. Spicy Fried Pickles

Ingredients:
-Ground wasabi peas
-Finely grated parmesan
-Pickle spears

Instructions:
-Combine peas and cheese
-Pat pickles dry, coat in mixture and deep-fry

8. Ramen with Broccoli Top Pesto

Ingredients:
-Shaved broccoli tops
-Grated parmesan cheese
-EVOO
-Blanched ramen noodles
-Grated wasabi peas

Instructions:
-Use a food processor to combine broccoli, cheese and EVOO for the pesto.
-Toss noodles with pesto and grate peas on top.

9. Carrot Hot Dog

Ingredients:
-Carrot
-seasoning packet from Instant Ramen
-Tomato sauce
-Chopped pickles
-Brioche bread

Instructions:
-Deep-fry a carrot until wrinkly
-Season with ramen packet
-Cut the brioche for a split-top bun (Fenway Park-style)
-Assemble carrot hot dog and top with pickles
-Serve with tomato sauce for dipping

10. Parmesan Scrambled Eggs with Wasabi Peas on Toast

Ingredients:
-Eggs
-Grated parmesan cheese
-Toast
-Wasabi peas
-Pickle spear

Instructions:
-Scramble eggs over low heat with parmesan cheese
-Spoon eggs over toast, sprinkle with wasabi peas and serve with a pickle
