Friday the 13th strikes fear in the hearts of some, but this Friday, October 13, is a day of celebration for Taylor Swift fans (like yours truly). Why? Because that's when Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert film arrives in theaters worldwide. (And I just thought you should know, Taylor just announced early access screenings of the film will start to play tonight, October 12!)
Thanks to Swifties, ticket sales for the film have already broken historic records as fans once again start planning their perfect Era Tour outfits and make friendship bracelets so they can relive the magic of the concert on the big screen. Although you might be clear on what you'll wear, have you thought about what you'll eat? The nearly three-hour concert film, which will no doubt involve a lot of dancing, will require provisions. Lucky for you, I have been thinking a lot about this and have lots of Swiftie-themed snack suggestions.

“Lavender Haze,” but make it a cake. This understated dessert offers just a hint of floral essence from the lavender, and the almonds give it a rich nuttiness. While you don’t necessarily taste the olive oil, it helps the cake stay moist and tender, rounds out the flavor and adds a certain sparkle to this treat.

It goes without saying the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert film will not be a seated affair. The crowds of Swifties in movie theaters everywhere will go wild, singing, dancing, crying and swapping friendship bracelets. All of that action means that a handheld popcorn snack is a wiser choice than the classic movie theater bag. Candy folded into the mix adds some sweetness and subtle Sad Girl Autumn vibes.

A layer cake? To sneak into the movies?! With a dessert that looks this cute and takes little effort (thanks to boxed cake mix), baby just say yes! This version was created for Easter, but you can easily customize each of the four layers to match the color of your favorite Taylor Swift era. I'd personally choose red (for Red ), yellow (for Fearless ), purple (for Speak Now ), and black (for Reputation ).
