'1000-Lb Sisters' Star Amy Slaton Reveals Infant Son's Milestone

A major milestone has been achieved in the Slaton-Halterman household.

On April 25, 1000-Lb Sisters star Amy Slaton took to social media to share a sweet update regarding her infant son, Glenn, 9 months.

In a new video posted to TikTok, Amy documented her baby boy standing up on his very own. Throughout the video, a supportive voice noted, "Yes! Yes! Good job. Good job."

Fans expressed a similar sense of joy, with one commenting below the video: "Awww he will be walking very soon."

Another chimed in, "I can't believe it is already happening!!!"

A third noted, "Glenn is going to learn fast to keep up with [brother] Gage."

Amy welcomed her second child with now estranged husband Michael Halterman in July 2022. She wrote alongside a hospital pic, "Welcome glenn allen halterman."

Despite the joyful addition to their family, all has not been well for Amy and Michael, who filed for divorce in March.

According to an insider from The Sun, the pair has been having issues since last year. The source added, "Amy says Michael is lazy and has been jealous of her attention toward the kids."

Nonetheless, In Touch reports that the duo currently shares temporary joint custody of Gage, 2, and Glenn, and follow a schedule that allows both adults to “maximize the amount of available parenting time.”

While Amy hasn't directly addressed the divorce, she has hinted at her recent ups and downs on social media. Case in point: Earlier this month, Amy shared a series of new photos set to Reba McEntire's "I'm a Survivor."

For those unfamiliar with the empowering anthem, the lyrics include: "A single mom who works two jobs, who loves her kids and never stops, with gentle hands and a heart of a fighter, I'm a survivor."
