Atlanta-based Carter graduated from London College of Fashion only last year and has already garnered the approval of Instagram vigilantes Diet Prada.

2. Maison Cleo
Run by a french mother-daughter duo, Maison Cleo uses reclaimed fabrics for their relaxed and vintage-inspired designs. Only open on Wednesdays, producing extremely limited runs, their e-shop provides all the information from fabric costs, to time spent making, for completely transparent pricing.
