Having an organized shower with a minimal amount of items is a must for keeping it clean. Because my shower caddy hangs over the shower head, hard water rains down on all my bottles, soap bars, and other shower products, causing cloudy white stains of hard water buildup and soap residue on the black tile floor. While the shower caddy is rust-resistant and effective at holding all of my (and my husband’s) shower essentials, I began searching for equally efficient storage options that I could place elsewhere in my shower to both have more space and avoid those dreaded hard water stains.

As I was perusing Amazon, this corner shower caddy with an adhesive backing caught my eye. I was especially pleased that it came in a pack of two, which meant I could add a few more things in my shower that I was keeping under the sink.

Once it was time to install it, I was a little hesitant about how well this would hold up, as sticking the adhesive to the wall in a level and symmetrical way took a few tries (even though I marked the dry, clean shower wall with a pencil). After getting the hang of putting the first two pieces in place, putting up the second pair was much easier. I also applied some weight and pressure after I hooked each caddy to the panels to make sure they were sturdy — after all, the description says each caddy can hold up to 40 pounds.

Each corner caddy comes with a detachable cup that can be used to hold a toothbrush or razor, and two plastic hooks to hang loofahs or washcloths. With this extra amount of space, I was able to add a few more products, like a scalp massager and my favorite hibiscus body scrub that I always forgot to use because it was under the sink. Because these caddies are on the opposite end of the shower head, I’m also able to prevent those pesky hard water and soap residue stains on my black tile floor.

Although I wouldn’t feel totally confident keeping these caddies under or near water due to their adhesive backings, I’d recommend them for nearly any corner in your bathroom to create some extra storage space.
