Shaggy dog is unrecognizable after haircut: 'Just like a teddy bear'
From frizzy to fabulous, this dog looks like a brand new pup after a drastic haircut.
Shu and Tree, a South Korean dog grooming business, shared footage of the silver poodle before and after her much-needed trim on YouTube.
Low on supplies? We’re regularly updating our list of retailers that are still selling household essentials, including toilet paper and hand sanitizer.
In the satisfying clip, the groomer washes and blow-dries the pup’s tangled fur, leaving it voluminous beyond compare.
Next, the professional combs and clips away at the poodle’s unruly grey and white coat, shaping up her paws and legs before moving up to her face.
Perhaps the most satisfying moment in the entire process comes when the groomer snips away at the hair blocking the dog’s eyes, revealing the cutest little face underneath and, undoubtedly, making it a lot easier for the pooch to see.
When all is said and done, she looks more like a stuffed animal than a real dog.
Shu and Tree shares tons of mesmerizing pet transformations on its YouTube channel, which has more than 1.4 million subscribers.
This particularly jaw-dropping clip has racked up nearly 10 million views since it was first posted in March 2019, plus over 6,000 comments from stunned viewers.
“She looks just like a teddy bear!” one user wrote. “Her cute button nose omg.”
“I love the way [the groomer] trims around the eye..with so much care and perfection,” said another.
Others commented they may need a similar transformation when global quarantine finally comes to an end.
“This is like people coming out of quarantine to go to the barbershop,” joked one user.
