How 2020 Made Us Stronger
IT’S BEEN A HELL OF A YEAR, filled with more once-in-a-generation events than most actual generations ever see. The virus. Fires. Storms. Hornets. Fighting for justice in the streets. And we all dealt with that hell in various ways.
Galen Rupp? In any situation that looks bad, my attitude is always, “What are you going to do about it?”
We don’t yet have much data on COVID-19 and stress, but there’s a telling 2020 study that emerged from Tulane University and UC Davis. The roughly 34 percent of people surveyed who didn’t report feeling moderate or high stress during the first 28 days of the pandemic shared one trait: resilience.
