2023 Was the Year of Sheer Dressing on Red Carpets: Ciara in Dundas, Dua Lipa in Bottega Veneta and More Stars Who Bared All
After sheer fabrics dominated the runways of Rick Owens, Chanel and LaQuan Smith, among others, the celebrity set followed suit on the red carpet, donning their best see-through styles at film premieres and high-profile parties like the Met Gala.
Everyone from pop stars to supermodels to athletes partook in one of this season’s biggest trends. Some opted to bare it all in head-to-toe mesh, while others sported sheer details in the forms of lace and corsetry.
