  • LeAnn Rimes, 39, looks so strong in a brand new Instagram post.

  • The singer showed off her washboard abs and long, lean legs in a white crop top and brown shorts.

  • Jumping rope, SoulCycle classes, and LeAnn's "tight tush Tuesday" workouts have helped her stay fit for years.

TBH, LeAnn Rimes' summery vibes are getting me through this week. The singer, 39, looked super strong and ready to take on much warmer weather in a brand new Instagram post.

LeAnn showed off her six-pack abs and toned legs in a white crop top and brown shorts on the set of her latest show, Meet Your Makers Showdown. And, fans in the comments couldn't help but notice.

"??????????????," one user wrote. Someone else added, "her abs are amazing" (yep, they're hard to miss!). And, there were almost too many '??' and '??' emojis to count.

Luckily, LeAnn has been sharing her top fitness tips for years.

Back in 2017, the All Love Everything songstress wrote all about the "tight tush Tuesday" workout she swears by on her blog. The circuit workout uses dumbbells and straps to tone LeAnn's booty.

Now, she works out around four days a week, LeAnn told Us Weekly. She even dropped her go-to cardio routine: “I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room,” she said.

LeAnn also hits the gym often with her husband, Eddie Cibrian. Together, the pair like to hike, walk around their neighborhood, and sweat it out in SoulCycle classes.

Food-wise, LeAnn knows it's all about balance. “Sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese," she told Women's Health. Breakfast is usually a green smoothie, while lunch could be leftovers from the night before.

For dinner, the singer dives into a veggie bowl with a cauliflower base, topped with marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken. And don't forget the extra veggies on top!

It's the #fitspo for me. (Drop that marinade recipe, please?)
