There’s more to the Claus residence than meets the eye.

As Santa Claus visits all the good boys and girls this holiday season, we’re getting a sneak peek at his humble abode in the North Pole where he gears up for the big day.

Based on all the holiday movies with Santa’s workshop as a backdrop, you might expect to find something more lavish than a cozy three bedroom, two bathroom cottage in the woods, but don’t be fooled by the cabin exterior—there’s more to the Claus residence than meets the eye.

Mr. and Mrs. Claus reportedly claimed the home on Zillow in 2016 when it was valued at $650,000, however, since there are no similar homes anywhere in the world (and based on today’s market), it is now estimated to be worth over $1.15 million.

While Santa could make some decent money off of the property, it’s currently not for sale, and after taking a glimpse inside, we know why.

The winter wonderland home was first built in 1822 in “Old World Charm,” but after recent renovations, it’s taken on a more modern vibe while still keeping the Christmas spirit alive.

A tour of the home reveals an oven with 12 different cookie settings, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, and a study where we assume Santa crafts his naughty and nice list, per the listing.

There’s also hot cocoa on tap, a workout bike, and “boughs of holly deck the hall leading to the primary bedroom and two charming guest rooms,” in case Santa has any guests for the night.

Nestled in the woods among fir and spruce trees with 25 sprawling acres surrounding it, it wouldn’t be Santa’s home without some must-have additions like a state-of-the-art toy workshop, reindeer stables that can board eight live-in reindeer including the red-nosed one, and an all-weather sleigh garage.

Santa’s trusted elves also have their own accommodations on the property.
