Ordering and Shipping Information: There is free ground shipping on most items and 90-day returns for gifts purchased on the Joy website. Shipping and returns for gifts from synced registries are handled by the stores from which they were purchased.
Tracking Tools: Joy will show you the number of items received, the progress toward your cash gift goal, and who purchased each gift.
