  • January Jones is looking extra sculpted these days.

  • In a brand new photo dump, the 44-year-old Mad Men star rocked a silk-and-lace chemise dress that totally accentuated her strong figure.

  • Lagree Pilates and yoga keep her in tip-top shape.

January Jones got dressed up for a belated birthday dinner with her besties in her latest Instagram post—and she looked absolutely stunning. (She turned 44 on January 5th!)

The actress shared the celebration with her followers via a series of photos. In the snaps, the Mad Men star modeled a gorgeous silk-and-lace chemise dress by Fleur du Mal that showed off her curves before joining six of her friends for dinner.

"Here’s to me, Mrs. Robinson ?? belated bday dinner with my girls!" she captioned the pics.

January got tons of birthday love and wishes from her famous friends and followers. Model Amber Valleta commented, "Happy Birthday!! ????." While celebrity hairstylist Bridget Brager wrote, "????????????."

January credits her Pilates sessions for keeping her so fit: "Two or three years ago I started doing barre classes, and after that I took regular private Pilates lessons. Then a friend told me about Lagree Pilates," she told Shape in February 2020. "I’ve been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now, and I’ve gained weight because I’ve put on muscle. I’ve gone up a size in clothes, but I feel like I look better naked."

She also loves to do yoga. In April 2021, she posted a series of pics of herself rocking a pink matching set by Alo and doing a full handstand with her instructor, Kirschen. (She also got in another poolside yoga sesh with Kirschen in May 2021.)

As for her diet, she shared with Shape that she starts her morning with celery juice, coffee, and a banana, followed by a MacroBar. For lunch, she'll have a salad, soup, or a sandwich.

And she also loves to cook at home. "I love to cook for my son and me. For dinner, we like salmon with french fries, and we make pasta frequently," she said. "We try to have lots of green veggies. We eat organic because I worry a lot about that for my kid. No antibiotics or hormones in meats is really important to me, and so is eating sustainable fish. I don’t want to be that annoying person in the restaurant who’s like, 'Where’s this fish from?' But I do it anyway."

But naturally, January makes sure it's not all just hard work and sacrifice—so she also treats herself. "I don’t deprive myself of anything. If I want something—steak, a bagel—I’ll eat it," she said. "There’s no diet or strict set of rules."

We love it, January!
