50 TV Shows Ending or Canceled So Far in 2024
Yellowstone will end in 2024 with the second half of Season 5.
After a challenging year of dual strikes in Hollywood, the TV landscape is finally bouncing back.
The spring 2024 midseason lineup includes six (yes, SIX) Dick Wolf shows, the return of reality stalwarts Survivor and The Voice plus NCIS, Grey's Anatomy, The Good Doctor and Fire Country, and those are just the highlights on linear broadcast. The streaming lineup is just as strong.
On the flip side, networks looking to shore up their bottom lines are canceling legacy series with high-paid casts. (We're looking at you Blue Bloods.) Execs are also less likely to cater to demanding stars. Instead opting to cancel popular series like Yellowstone after Kevin Costner's very public feud over filming Season 5.
We're two months into 2024 and we already have 50 shows on our list of cancellations. Here's every TV show we know is saying goodbye in 2024 or not returning for additional seasons.
