At 57, Elizabeth Hurley's 6-Pack Abs Are ?? In A Bikini On IG
Elizabeth Hurley is putting her strong abs on full display in a new bikini, and she posted a video of herself modeling the suit on Instagram.
The actress, 57, has made it clear that she's the queen of bikinis, and she actually has her own line.
Elizabeth likes to eat simple, natural foods and is a fan of "found fitness," which incorporates movements into your everyday routines.
Elizabeth Hurley has her own bathing suit line so, naturally, she spends plenty of time hanging out in various beautiful bikinis. And she shares her creations all year round with her loyal fans. And even though it's getting colder outside, this week, the 57-year-old dropped a video on Instagram of herself working one of her own creations, and it’s pretty much everything.
In the video (which is a mirror selfie, BTW), Elizabeth can be seen working a gorgeous sea green string bikini with chain metal accents as she hangs out in her bathroom. As Sade’s “Kiss of Life” plays in the background, Liz smiles, shakes her hips, and gives the camera a kiss. It's hard not to notice the fact that she's all-over toned, from her washboard abs to her sculpted legs.
“Back in a bikini ??,” she wrote in the caption. People promptly lost it in the comments. “Ok, ok, okaaaay Miss Hurley! You neeeeed to share your (exact) daily food and exercise regime with us all so we have a teeny chance to look this incredible! You look AH MAY ZING!!! Your bikini range suits you perfectly ??????????????,” one wrote. “Sweet lord above,” another commented.
Elizabeth is the unofficial queen of Instagram bikini pics (she even works out in them), but she’s taken a break over the past few weeks because, ya know, it’s cold out. Worth noting: She rocked that exact same bikini back in early August, so it's clearly a favorite.
Since everyone is probably wondering what does Liz do to stay so strong at 57, Women's Health is here with the answers. For starters, she’s just really active in her day-to-day life, and she opts for found fitness over sweating it out on a machine. Found fitness, in case you’re not familiar with it, involves getting your heart rate up while going about your regular routine, incorporating movement (like taking the stairs, walking instead of driving, etc.) into your day.
“I don't really do any set exercise, per se, because I prefer to get my exercise from doing something than being in the gym,” she previously told Women’s Health. Her found fitness goes pretty much from sun up to sundown, with Liz telling WH that she does squats while she brushes her teeth to tone her legs and butt, and then takes her dogs for brisk 20-minute walks in the morning to get her heart rate up.
She’s also huge into gardening, which she does all year—and that includes logging and raking leaves, which is probably pretty tiring. “Not only do I feel, well, actually exhausted, but also I feel that I've got the leaves up, which is also a nice thing,” she shared.
Liz does also lift weights, and she’s not afraid to do it outside. Check out this clip of her toning up in a bikini that she shared back in 2020:
On the food front, Liz makes a point to eat healthy. “I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives,” she previously told The Cut. “When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that's grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables.”
Welcome back to bikini life, Liz!
