'7 Little Johnstons' Liz's Daughter Leighton Is Getting So Big in New Photo Update
Liz Johnston from TLC's '7 Little Johnstons'
7 Little Johnstons viewers have watched Elizabeth "Liz" Johnston on her family's TLC reality TV series since she was a teenager. Fast-forward to today, and she is 22, in college and a new mom.
Recently, Liz took to Instagram to share a new photo update of her baby girl, Leighton—and her daughter is already getting so big!
On Thursday, Feb. 29, Liz shared an update with her Instagram followers that likely made them stop and go, "Awwww." The doting mom captioned her post with, "February?? Leighton Drew you’ve grown so much??"
The post featured pictures of Leighton over the past month, with appearances by Liz and her boyfriend/Leighton's dad, Brice Bolden. One picture showed Liz holding her daughter while making a face as Leighton smiled, dimples visible. In another shot, Brice grinned as he held their baby girl. Other photos showed Leighton rocking a pair of sunglasses, smiling in her car seat, drinking a bottle, sleeping and more.
In the comments, Liz's sister, Emma, declared, "Becoming a sassy little princess ????."
Meanwhile, one of Liz's BFFs, Carol Beasley, wrote, "Beautiful baby girl!!"

A trailer for the upcoming Season 14 of 7 Little Johnstons teased that viewers will see Liz reveal her pregnancy to her parents, Trent and Amber Johnston.
"My biggest concern is healthcare," Amber said in the trailer. "Elizabeth being a little person and having achondroplasia dwarfism, obviously, puts her in the high-risk category."
Trent added, "Achondroplasia mothers cannot have natural childbirth. The pelvic bones are too small. So you have to have a C-section."
Hopefully, Liz's pregnancy and delivery with Leighton went relatively smoothly—along with Liz baby breaking the news to her parents, who were against her moving in with Brice in the first place.
The Season 14 premiere of 7 Little Johnstons airs on March 12, at 10 p.m. ET on TLC.
