The 76-year-old star just casually dropped a photo on Instagram of herself looking incredibly strong while promoting the “Empower Your Heart” necklace she designed. In the pic, a glowing Susan is working a gorgeous red shorts suit that shows off her seriously toned legs.

“Listen to your body/don’t ignore any symptoms/put YOU on your to-do list/take action!!!” Susan wrote in the caption, after plugging her necklace. “Prevent heart attack! Save your life!”

While her messaging is important, plenty of people couldn’t get over in the comments how amazingly strong Susan looks. “How is it you never age?” one wrote. “How do you stay so beautiful!” another said.

In case you’re not familiar with Susan’s heart health journey, she discovered in 2018 that she had a 90 percent blockage in the main artery leading to her heart and a 70 percent blockage in a branch artery in 2018 after have chest pain. Susan told People that she was surprised, given that she exercises regularly and follows a Mediterranean diet. “If it can happen to me, it can happen to a anyone,” she said at the time. She’s been an advocate for heart health ever since, while making sure she continues to take care of her own.

Susan previously told Women’s Health that she strives to work out six days a week. “I try to take one day off, because you're supposed to take a day off,” she shared. “But I’ll always do something, because I find my body craves it.

Susan said that she likes to exercise first thing in the morning. “Then I know, no matter what happens for the rest of the day, I’ve done something good for myself,” she said.

Susan is big into Pilates and does most of her workouts with her Pilates Pro Chair, a piece of exercise equipment that targets certain body parts like your abs, thighs, and butt with Pilates moves. Susan said she does 10 moves a day on this machine, for 30 to 100 reps each.

Susan shared in the comments of her latest Instagram post that “one day at a time care” along with good genes helps her look like that.

On the food front, Susan previously told Harper’s Bazaar that breakfast needs to be “fuel she can run on.” Her go-to: Greek yogurt with organic pumpkin seeds and lingonberries. For lunch, she’ll usually reach for a roasted turkey and avocado sandwich that uses beefsteak tomatoes instead of bread. Also in the mix: fresh mango, champagne vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper.

Susan’s husband Helmet Huber died last year, but Susan said dinnertime used to be “date night” for the couple, with their go-to being a light salad, salmon, broccoli, and steamed carrots. Champagne is in the mix, too, since “it's always good to have a little bubbly,” Susan says.

Apparently, pasta is on the menu, too. Susan cheered on Barilla pastina last month, encouraging fans to “toss with butter, salt to taste. Or, just drain and add to chicken soup—(I like it better than noodles.). Or drain and add veggies, as shown on the box??.”

Keep doing you, Susan!
