1.Captain Holt — Brooklyn Nine-Nine

Honorable mentions for the Pontiac Bandit and Boyle, but the unsung hero of B99 has to go to Captain 'Velvet Thunder' Holt. Holt's relationship with Peralta gives us some of the shows best storylines, such as the Halloween heists, the iconic kiss, and the time they both had the mumps.
