It's every fangirl's dream come true-to date your celeb crush. But for some people, it's not just a dream. Check out these regular people who were thrust into the limelight when they started dating some of your favorite stars.

1. Tess Ward and Harry Styles

The food blogger/model and former One Direction star were first reported to be dating in May 2017 after mutual friends introduced them, according to The Sun. After Tess was spotted out in his t-shirt, Harry's fans went nuts, causing Tess to speak out: "For everyone following and messaging me, I am thankful but please be kind with your words. All I want is to share beautiful food with you all," she wrote on her Insta. It seems like all the attention combined with Harry's crazy tour schedule got in the way of the pair's romance. By June, the two were rumored to have split, and shortly after, Tess reportedly got back together with her ex.

2. Eleanor Calder and Louis Tomlinson

Eleanor was a student when she first started dating Louis, back when One Direction was starting their quest for world domination in 2011. Eleanor stayed at university while Louis was touring, and after graduating, became a successful lifestyle blogger and influencer, launching the popular blog Trend Pear with her bff Max Hurd. Eleanor and Louis split in March 2015, but the two reportedly got back together in January 2017 after the death of Louis' mom before ending things again for good. Shortly after, Louis and his then-girlfriend, Briana Jungwirth, revealed they were expecting their first child.

3. Sophia Smith and Liam Payne

Sophia and Liam knew each other long before One Direction from their school days. The old friends reconnected in 2013 just months after Liam's split from longtime gf Danielle Peazer and dated for two years before calling it quits in October 2015. According to HollywoodLife, Sophia wasn't ready to settle down with the One Direction star yet. When Liam later got together with Cheryl Burke, who is 10 years older than the singer, Sophia reportedly called their relationship "weird". But it seems like everything is good between the exes now-Sophia told The Sun that she congratulated the couple, who welcomed a baby boy in 2016, insisting, "We're all good. I'm happy for him."

4. Danielle Ceasar and Jake T. Austin

Talk about a real life fangirl fairytale! Danielle was a Jake T. Austin superfan and reportedly stalked the Disney star on social media for five years before finally meeting him at an autograph signing in NYC in 2011. The two eventually started dating in 2015, and Jake was quick to share their love on social media, giving fangirls everywhere hope. "We're young and having fun just getting to know each other. It doesn't matter how you meet someone-on set, in a coffee shop, at school, or in the business," Jake said in a statement to Seventeen.com. "Sometimes you connect with people at the right moment and you just click."

5. Danielle Deleasa and Kevin Jonas

Danielle not only dated a celeb, she married one! Dani was reportedly a hairdresser before she met Kevin while vacationing in the Bahamas in 2007. She apparently had no clue who the Jonas Brothers were, and rumor has it that Kevin spotted her on the beach and approached her. In an interview with Glamour, Kevin opened up about their relationship and said, "You know how you're supposed to meet somebody and call like two or three days later? Well, I cyberstalked her after we met and cyberstalked to see what flight she was going to be on coming home, and then I called her the minute she landed. That might have been a little overboard, but I just went for it." The two married in 2009, and now have two children. They starred in their own reality show about their crazy life and family called Married to Jonas.

6. Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry

The Divergent star began dating model and aspiring actress Keleigh in 2013. The two got engaged in August 2017 while on safari.

In 2015, Miles gushed to E! News about his then gf, saying, "She's lovely. It's been pretty easy because right now, her full-time gig is kind of being with me and before her, I would never invite a girl into that world because I didn't think I could have both. She's allowed me to be able to really focus on acting and do what I want to do. She can come to set and visit me and hang out and doesn't really distract me from it."

Go birds!!! 🦅🦅🦅

7. Violetta Komyshan and Ansel Elgort

Ansel Elgort has been dating Violetta, his high school gf since 2012. Violetta is a professional ballerina, which is one of the things the TFIOS star loves about her. "I love when a girl is like, 'I can't hang out. I have to go to class.' And I go pick her up and she's all sweaty in a leotard with her hair in a bun. That's the hottest thing ever," he told Elle in 2015. Violetta is often by Ansel's side on the red carpet for award shows and movie premieres, and often gushes about her bae on Insta.

8. Tom Felton and Jade Olivia

Jade worked as a stunt coordinator's assistant on the Harry Potter movies, which is where she met Tom and the two fell in love. Jade also had a small role in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows: Part 2, playing Draco Malfoy’s wife, Astoria Malfoy. Clearly, the casting directors knew what they were doing, because the couple dated for seven years before reportedly splitting in 2016.

9. Maisie Williams and Ollie Jackson

Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams met Ollie while they were in school together. They started dating in 2015, but it wasn't until October 2017 that the pair finally made their relationship insta official while on a romantic trip to Paris. “People feel it’s strange that someone who’s famous can go out with someone who’s normal,” Maisie told InStyle. “I don’t meet anyone else. Maybe I’m doing it wrong, but I don’t go to all these parties. I don’t meet the other young, male actors. I just like normal people, I guess.”
