9 Times Ivanka Trump Has Worn Her Brand Since Its Debut on the Political Stage a Year Ago

Ivanka Trump no longer runs her eponymous fashion line, but that hasn’t stopped the first daughter from proudly wearing her designs.

On Friday, the one-year anniversary of the Republican National Convention, Ivanka posted an Instagram photo of herself at the event wearing a $138 dress from her brand. “Flashback to one year ago today, delivering remarks at the 2016 Republican National Convention,” she wrote on the post with 58,000 likes. “So grateful for how far we’ve come on this amazing journey, and even more excited for the future of this Administration and this country!”

Describing her father as a “colorblind and gender-neutral” champion of women’s issues at the RNC on July 21, 2016, the first daughter wore the blush-pink Ivanka Trump sleeveless studded sheath dress. The morning after the convention, she tweeted a link to “Shop Ivanka’s look,” and by the afternoon, the dress was sold out at Macy’s and Nordstom, two companies that subsequently dropped the line.

Ivanka headed into the office on Sept. 6, 2016, wearing a light pink knit A-line dress from her brand, which she paired with white heels and a white-and-gold clutch.

In November 2016, after her father was elected president, Ivanka appeared on 60 Minutes wearing a $10,800 bracelet from her Metropolis collection. After the segment aired, her brand released a “style alert” to journalists to promote the jewelry and triggered an outcry about her using the presidency to sell her merch.

Heading off to a weekend at Mar-a-Lago on Feb. 10 of this year, Ivanka added a pop of blue to her oversized white coat with her namesake $150 Mara Velvet Cocktail Bag and $126 Blue Brita shoes.

For a mother-daughter day with then-5-year-old Arabella Kushner at the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., on Feb. 22, Ivanka bundled up in a $325 wool asymmetrical Walker coat with a detachable brooch from her collection.

For a Feb. 23 White House meeting with manufacturing CEOs, Ivanka stayed cool in a white short-sleeved, fringed peplum top from her line.

After landing in Orlando, Fla., on March 3, Ivanka stepped off Air Force One wearing a black-and-white fringed skirt from her line.

Ivanka led a May 17 meeting with members of Congress about global human trafficking wearing a powder-blue top and a $2,720 Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry diamond drop “Y” necklace.

During a May trip to Jerusalem’s Western Wall, Ivanka accessorized her Cédric Charlier navy pleated skirt and black long-sleeved top with black pumps and a black clutch, the latter two from her own collection.

On July 7, while attending the G20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany, Ivanka wore an emerald jumpsuit by Gabriela Hearst while carrying her namesake $151 Mara clutch and $135 black Carra pumps.
