Abby Huntsman is leaving Fox News and is reportedly about to join The View, making her the second conservative host at the table of the ABC talk show, Deadline reports. Fox News confirmed this weekend will be Huntsman’s last cohosting Fox & Friends Weekend, but ABC has yet to confirm reports about her next job.

Huntsman joined Fox News in 2015 as a correspondent, and has lately been working as a co-host of Fox & Friends Weekend with Pete Hegseth. Prior to Fox News, she was a cohost of The Cycle on MSNBC. She got her start as a commentator when her father, Jon Huntsman Jr., was running for president in 2012. (He now serves as ambassador to Russia). Huntsman has also served as a guest host of The View in the past.

Huntsman has a history of working with Meghan McCain, currently the only conservative on The View. Back in 2013, they worked on a campaign pushing for their fellow conservatives to back same-sex marriage.

Two cohosts, Sara Haines and Paula Faris, announced this year they were leaving the show, which created two openings on the panel. Ana Navarro has also been rumored to be a potential new addition to the show. Former cohost Candace Cameron Bure recently spoke out about the need to balance the table on The View. “They need more than one conservative,” she told Fox News.

GoodHousekeeping.com has reached out to ABC for comment, but has not received a response. According to Deadline, ABC usually doesn’t make casting announcements until shortly before the season starts, so we may have to wait until September to get the official news.
