After just five years, ‘Parent Trap’ star Dennis Quaid has decided to sell his Los Angeles home for $6.495 million. The home, located in a gated old Hollywood estate, sits on a 16,000 square-foot lot with lush landscaping, a spacious yard, and ripe fruit tress.

The six-bed, nine-bath, 6,114-square-foot space was built in the 1920s, and recent renovations balance the home's old Spanish charm with modern conveniences. The large, open concept living space is complete with a large stone fireplace and beamed ceilings, making it the perfect place for entertaining. The tranquil grounds feature a massive pool and spa, high-end media room, and 10-car motor court. Scroll down to see inside this one-of-a-kind Palisades Riviera home.
