Adidas face masks were a hit when they launched in May—so much so that they sold out almost immediately. Well, we’re happy to report that they’re back.
So if you need a mask that doesn’t look so...drab, these are for you. While there are plenty of options on the market ranging from disposable to luxe, few look like they can integrate seamlessly into an outfit. Sure, their primary purpose is for protection, but if we’re going to be wearing masks for the foreseeable future, why not look good doing it?
Made with 40 percent recycled content, this washable and reusable mask is flexible and stretchy, so it comfortably adjusts to fit over your ears. It also follows CDC guidelines and features two layers of fabric. Super soft and equipped for everyday use, it’s available in two sizes — XS/S and M/L.
To pick the correct size, Adidas suggests measuring the distance from the bridge of your nose to the bottom of your chin. If it’s greater than 5.5 inches, opt for the M/L, and if it’s smaller, go for the XS/S. The masks come in a set of three and are available in two colors — basic black and a bright blue. They’re unisex.
You’ll feel good about this purchase, too: From now until June 30, two dollars from each mask sale goes to the Save the Children’s Global Coronavirus Response Fund.
There’s only one drawback, which one giddy shopper pointed out:
“Would recommend as the overall feel is very comfortable especially around your chin, mouth and nose,” the reviewer shared. “Only negative I can find is that I have a fat head, so the M/L makes my ears stick out further than the blue alien from Space Jam!”
