Adults only swim and dance party at Audubon Zoo’s lazy river this summer
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Want a fun place to cool off, swim and dance during these hot summer months? You can splash into wild summer fun at Audubon Zoo for adults-only access to the “Cool Zoo” splash pad and Gator Run lazy river.
Each event will have a different theme for grown-ups to enjoy live entertainment and cruise down the lazy river on innertubes for the summer “Sip and Dip” series.
“Sip and Dip” gives the 21 and up crowd a fun evening to sip cocktails as well. There’s a good chance you’ll even spot some zoo animals too.
“We have multiple themed nights planned, so grab your krewe and come indulge in this grown-up oasis at Cool Zoo,” Audubon Zoo Senior Vice President Daine Appleberry said.
