EPIC and Agave & Rye founder Yavonne Sarber said the new concept "allows our chefs to really flex their creative muscles and bring the community something that's not only unique, but over-the-top delicious."
A look at Loco Social's menu shows breakfast sandwiches, flatbreads, baguette sandwiches and salads that range from traditional to traditional with a twist.
They include a breakfast sandwich with egg, hot honey, apple and manchego cheese; a baguette with French ham, brie, arugula, tomato and berry aioli; and a vegetarian flatbread with cauliflower florets, leek cream, mozzarella and a macadamia nut and fresh-herb gremolata.
Executive pastry chef Katrina White has created a menu of croissant, muffins, cupcakes, jar cakes and filled cones. Loco Social also is to serve fresh-pressed juices, bubble tea, coffee, tea and cocktails.
The cocktails ? mai tais, pi?a coladas, fog cutters, planters punch and others ? all feature rum.
Service is to be sit-down or grab-and-go.
