Aldi always knows how to deliver with its delicious, cheap lunch finds. From the walking tamales to the canned herring fillets, lunch has never been more budget friendly. So, of course, Aldi keeps delivering on those food finds that make your wallet (and tummy!) happy, including pasta salad kit flavors.

Sold at just $2 each, Aldi now has three new flavors of the Reggano Pasta Salad Kits on shelves. There’s Elote with Cavatappi pasta, corn, parmesan cheese, and Guajillo chili lime seasoning. The second is a Dill Pickle kit with Mafalda pasta and dill with a garlic and vinegar seasoning. Then lastly, there’s the chipotle kit with Gemelli pasta with smoky chipotle chili and dried tomato seasoning.

These kits are easy to prepare — simply boil the pasta, mix the dressing, then toss together — and they are delicious and filling on their own. However, they also make for a great base if you want to add more to your bowl. Insiders say they love to jazz up these pasta salad kits to make them even heartier as a side, or a full meal. Add fresh-cut veggies like bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, carrots, or even leafy greens. You could even toss in a protein like diced rotisserie chicken, canned fish, ham, bacon, or salami. Even hard-boiled eggs work well for these pasta salad kits!

Sarah from @aldiallthetime on TikTok said these new flavors “stopped me in my tracks” when she saw them on shelves because the flavors looked so good, and confessed to buying one of each. “We had the elote tonight. I jazzed it up, but we both liked it,” she comments on her post.

Needless to say, a trip to Aldi is in your future if you’re a fan of pasta salad during the summertime. Didn’t get the chance to get your hands on a box? Our version of roasted red pepper chipotle pasta salad may be a little more involved, but we promise it is a delicious one!
