As the weather cools, baking season heats up. No longer too scorching to fire up a stove or oven, even girl dinner enthusiasts may consider a return to hot meals.
And one new Aldi Find is perfect for all those fall baking adventures. The Crofton Ceramic Baking Dish is one of this week's most coveted Aldi Finds. Priced at $8.99, the dish leaves plenty of room in your wallet for pumpkin-spice and apple cinnamon treats that'll leave the smell of fall wafting through your home.
What's so special about it? The Crofton Ceramic Baking Dish, oven-safe up to 450°F, is as versatile as it is convenient. It's great for sweet fall baking and well as savory stuff, like breakfast casseroles, cheesy potato dishes, baked ziti, lasagna and so much more. It's microwave and dishwasher-safe, so you can enjoy your dinner not once but two or three times with easy-to-reheat leftovers.
Once you've gobbled up the last of the dish, clean-up is just as effortless — just pop it in the dishwasher. It also comes with a lid, making it great for taking to all of those fall potlucks or for stashing leftovers in the fridge.

The baking dish is pretty hefty at 9" x 8 ", but the price tag is not. A 9"x 9" baker at Williams Sonoma is $45. A similarly-sized dish from Crate & Barrel is $17.95. Aldi's Crofton Ceramic Baking Dish is a fraction of those tags at under $9. Because it's an Aldi Find, it'll only be on shelves while supplies last.
The baking dish just dropped on September 6, so the Internet hasn't weighed in on the Crofton Ceramic Baking Dish. However, we suspect the dish is a winner based on Aldi shoppers' thoughts on other steals from Crofton.
A few years ago on Reddit, one person heaped on praise a previous ceramic pan from Crofton.
"It's become one of my everyday pans," the person lauded. "It's held up to lots of use, has kept its shape and is really easy to clean. I use it about as often as my cast iron skillet, which was my everyday workhorse. The ceramic pan is a hell of a lot lighter and easier to clean, too. Overall, I'm pleased."
"Second this," concurred a fan. "The orange/copper large square ceramic pan with lid is what I got about 6 months ago, and it's held up well and been easy to clean so far."
At under $9, the Crofton Ceramic Baking Dish at Aldi is a low-risk investment.
