Aldi Is Releasing a New Bottle of Prosecco That Won’t Fit in Your Fridge—but It’s Only in the U.K.

Updated

Get ready for a lot of toasting, because Aldi is releasing a massive bottle of prosecco just in time for the holiday season.

How massive? Like, it probably would’t fit in your refrigerator.

The Giotti Spumante prosecco will contain six liters of bubbly—that’s like eight bottles of wine, friends. The fancy wine term for a bottle this big is a methuselah, but we just call it a party. According to Aldi, it has tasting notes of lemon zest, tangerine and pear.

The wine releases on November 14 for $105. And while that number sounds big, it’s only about $13 per bottle. (Yes, we did the math.) The only catch? The prosecco will be an online, U.K.-only exclusive. Womp.
