Aldi Is Selling A Toffee Buttermint Wine So I’ll Be Drinking My Dessert From Now On

From Delish

Sometimes, it’s more satisfying to drink a dessert than it is to eat it. That’s why milkshakes were invented, right? Well, I imagine that’s also why dessert wines were invented, and Aldi is selling one that sounds phenomenal. It involves buttery toffee, mint, chocolate, and alcohol, of course!

Instagrammer @adventuresinaldi shared a look at the dessert wine. The specialty wine–called Petit Toffee Buttermint–sounds fancy and will make you feel like you’re about to sip liquid dessert at a French café. The wine is a blend of fine wine with toffee buttermint, chocolate, and the finest cream, per the bottle’s label. You can find it in the regular wine section at Aldi for under $8, according to the Aldi-centric Instagram account.

People have confirmed in the comments that this wine is, in fact, delicious. Some are even considering heading out of state to an Aldi that sells alcohol to get ahold of the wine. The drink would be perfect to break out during the holidays or really whenever you don’t want to spend extra cash ordering a single dessert for delivery when a sweet food craving hits.

While you’re at it, you might want to check out the Sweet Bloody Red wine that Aldi has in stock right now for Halloween. That one is also around $8 and will satisfy any sweet cravings you have. You can never go wrong with the wine selection at Aldi. Cheers to good cheap wine!
