Important announcement for ’90s kids: The iconic house from Sabrina the Teenage Witch just hit the market and could be yours for…uh…$1.95 million. Which is maybe affordable if the Sabrina fandom pools their money? And TBD on if Salem the Cat comes with the home, but obviously here’s to hoping.

Anyway, the famous Victorian home is in Freehold, New Jersey—and according to Asbury Park Press, it was first seen by a Sabrina location scout who stopped by the owner Scott Beskin’s office and asked to take a pic. As Beskin put it, “I just thought it was flattering that someone liked the looks of my Victorian building as much as I did.”

Meanwhile, show creator Nell Scovell told NJ Advance Media that “Victorian seemed appropriate for witches. Of course the architecture of the inside of the house didn’t really match the outside. We tried to match the ornamentation of the front door, but the New Jersey house was way bigger than anything we could recreate on a soundstage.”

Psst: You can see a shot of the house in the beginning of this Late Late Show skit:

Beskin ended up selling the property and it’s currently owned by a family business, which renovated it and hopes the home’s witchy history helps it sell. As Century 21 agent Michael Lubrano says, “I think it would be a selling point.” (Correct!)

I mean, again, if this place comes with Sabrina’s cat and the Spellman sisters, I am in.
