Amanda Bynes Returns to Twitter and Gushes About Fashion School

It has been six months since we last heard from Amanda Bynes on Twitter. And guess what. She’s back. And she’s speaking our language.
Bynes made a long-awaited return to the social media platform last night to explain to fans why she hasn’t been present.

Turns out she hasn’t been held captive by her parents or fallen in with the wrong crowd (again); she has simply been busy at fashion school.

In the following tweets, she gushes about how much the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising has done for her.

The actress enrolled at the FIDM campus near Orange County, Calif., in spring 2014 but then transferred to the Los Angeles campus, where even more courses are offered.

Back in 2014, E! reported that Bynes was originally going to be a fashion design major at FIDM but then decided to pursue merchandise product development.

Of course, in true Bynes fashion, she followed up her FIDM-loving tweets with a rant about copycat Twitter accounts.

Seems reasonable. Other than that, most of her Twitter time in the past year has been devoted to fashion — she’s a style queen after our own hearts.
