Amazon is famous for having some the best deals on the web, period. But once a year, the retail mega-site goes ham with Prime Day, the biggest and most anticipated online shopping event of the year, where you can score deals that seem almost too good to be true.
What time does Amazon Prime Day start this year? Prime Day 2020 launches at 12:00 am sharp on Tuesday, October 13 and extends through the end of Wednesday, October 14. During this two-day event, millions of products are heavily discounted. Everything from name-brand best-sellers to small-business goods sell for a steal. Last year, more 175 million products were sold in just 48 hours! Needless to say, inventory sells out fast.
In order to get the most out of this online shopping extravaganza, it’s best to come prepared—and not just with your credit card. Amazon starts rolling out Early Prime Day Deals in the weeks leading up to the big day(s), too. Basically, now’s the time to start shopping.
Become an Amazon Prime Member in order to shop Prime Day 2020!
But take note: in order to shop Prime Day deals (and pre-deals), you need to be an Amazon Prime member. Not signed up yet? Amazon is offering a 30-day free trial for newbies. So if you join Amazon Prime today, you’ll have free membership during the these Early Deal days and Prime Day itself—and then you can decide if you want to continue your membership for $13 a month.
And Amazon is sweetening the deal even further. If you buy something sold by select small businesses in the Amazon store from now through October 12, you’ll get a $10 credit to spend on Prime Day itself. Now that you’re salivating, here are the Early Prime Day deals to shop right now and all week.
