'Angry' Pete Davidson Pushes Away Fan Who Tried To Get Too Close to Him at Knicks Game
A fan learned the hard way that you should never touch a celebrity—or anyone—without consent.
In a viral video shared on Twitter, Pete Davidson was captured at a Knicks game surrounded by fans. One fan got too close, seen extending his arm over the Saturday Night Live alum while the comedian was taking a selfie with a different fan.
The 29-year-old reacted aggressively, shoving the man and screaming at him. The fan realized he made a mistake and backed off, walking away. The King of Staten Island star then continued to take selfies with polite fans who had patiently waited for their turn.
In another video shared in the replies, it's shown that the man had actually gotten a selfie with Davidson. However, when it was someone else's turn to get a selfie, the fan snuck up behind the actor, touching his back.
In the replied section of the video, fans stood by the comedian.
"Pete is 100% correct in this situation. Don’t put your arm around someone you don’t know," someone wrote.
Another fan echoed those sentiments, writing, "Boundaries folks, keep your damn hands to yourself."
A different reply pointed out, "Pete chill asf so seeing him like this, old white dude was over stepping."
Davidson also made headlines recently because he reportedly split from his girlfriend and Bupkis co-star Chase Sui Wonders after nine months of dating. A source confirmed to People that the Hollywood bachelor is "single again," noting that "he's out and about and doing really well."
