Anna Faris Just Officiated a Wedding in… UGGs?
Anna Faris: actress, mother, and… wedding officiant? That’s right! The Mom star can officially add the latter to her list of titles after manning the helm at friend Sim Sarna’s wedding to his now-wife, Amy.
The Anna Faris Is Unqualified co-host and executive producer recently tied the knot with his beautiful bride at Thomas George Estates in Healdsburg, California, and in making things official, the couple turned to The Emoji Movie star to preside over the ceremony.
“Congrats Sim & Amy!” the funny girl wrote on a shot of herself with the happy pair. In true Faris form, she did things HER way, dressing in a bodycon blush pink dress, a tied-back chignon, and… are those UGGs we spy? Only her!
Faris, 41, gave us an animated glimpse of what the scene might look like last month as the loving couple shared the hilarious story of how Sarna came to propose.
“It’s the story of how Sim found love,” an animated version of the Scary Movie star quips before the two take over to jointly tell their heartwarming tale of engagement. Apparently, after being coaxed to join Amy for a walk on the beach, Sarna looked around for the perfect spot to propose, finding his target under a life guard stand.
“Ugh! I stepped in something, like, ugh, my ankle!” Amy imitated, with her beau adding, “And THAT’S when I went down on one knee.”
Faris added her own spin on the story, saying in a menacing voice, “I was waiting up there in that lifeguard tower, and I was gonna push you over.” Oh, Anna…
