Annual taco fest returning to Columbus this fall
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Everything tacos, tequila, entertainment and more is coming back to Columbus, just in time for fall.
Columbus Taco Fest is holding “Tacos, Tequila, and Music: A Fall Festival at Goodale Park” on Oct. 5 and 6. According to the release, the two-day festival is expected to bring delicious food, entertainment and a fun atmosphere to Goodale Park.
“We love this park and the special connection it has with our city,” said Hugo Albornoz, festival organizer. “It’s the perfect place to bring everyone together for a weekend of tacos, tequila, and music.”
The lineup of tacos will come from several vendors, offering a variety of eats to choose from. Along with tacos, patrons can also expect to see tequila bars and beer stations throughout the area with cocktails, brews and live music.
Admission for the event is free and all ages are welcome. Anyone under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who’s 21 and older. The event will support Friends of Goodale Park, a nonprofit organization that helps enhance the park while improving its urban green space since 1987.
The festival will run Oct. 5 from noon to 10 p.m. and Oct. 6 from noon to 8 p.m. For information on the event including what to know before you go, click here.
