Any Little Monster can tell you that Lady Gaga has always been ahead of the ever-changing and often unpredictable game of fashion. (Hard to believe, but The Fame–era Gaga will turn 13 this year! Heck, Joanne and her pink hat came out six years ago.) With A Star Is Born, it seems like Gaga the fashion icon has fully arrived. This is her moment, one that’s supported by Bradley Cooper, the legacy of her character Ally, and the strength of all the aahs Gaga delivers in “Shallow.”

For the film's world premiere at the Venice Film Festival, Gaga arrived via water taxi while wearing a Jonathan Simkhai resort cocktail dress and matching pumps, complete with a rose. BRB, going to listen to her version of "La Vie en Rose" and cry.

Lady Gaga blew way too many kisses during the promo tour for A Star Is Born, said no one ever. For her second outfit in Venice, Gaga channeled Marilyn Monroe thanks to this low-cut Azzedine Alaia dress. Somewhere, the ghost of Marilyn and Ally's single tear after her wedding are squealing with joy.
