The name Anthony Scaramucci might ring a bell—he’s the onetime presidential pal who lasted about 10 days as White House Communications Director before getting fired by Donald Trump. Even though his dismissal was a bit “ugly,” peppered with rancorous posts by the Commander-in-Tweet, the man they call “The Mooch” landed on his feet, and he’s here to help.
In fact, his Beltway adventure may have taught him some important coping skills. Nowadays, Scaramucci, founder of the investment firm SkyBridge Capital, finds sustenance, chillaxation, and pleasure in quarantine. Herewith, some of his treasured finds.
Quest Nutrition Maple Waffle Protein Bar
Who doesn’t love a delicious, buttery, syrupy waffle? Well, now you can have an on-the-go party in your mouth with these Quest Protein Bars. They contain 20g protein, 5g net carbs, and a rock-bottom 1g of sugar per bar. Scaramucci loves these as a snack, though he cautions against overindulgence. “[They’re] very good for you...if you have one.”

Hyperice Vyper 2.0 High-Intensity Vibrating Fitness Roller
“I'm addicted to this thing,” says Scaramucci. And we understand: The Hyperice Viper is no ordinary fitness roller. Along with increasing your flexibility and circulation, and reducing muscle soreness, it offers three (three!) vibration settings for a custom experience tailored to your stiff, achy predicament. You can actually give yourself a massage with it, he reports, while touting what might be its greatest benefit: “It's beautiful for the posture.”

Apple AirPods Pro
If noise cancellation and immersive sound are what you’re after, these AirPods Pro are simply the best. Take them wherever you go, to connect with family and friends...or when you need to just check out. Like a lot of us, Scaramucci admits to occasional bouts of “pandemic insomnia.” So while he loves his AirPods for relaxing with some tunes, when he’s in sleepless mode, he says, “I just put them in and listen to a book.”

Ring Light Dimmable Lighting
Blunt as ever, Scaramucci declares: “You need a ring light when you're living in quarantine.” And, well, he’s got a point, seeing as so much of our social, school, and work lives happen on-camera. This particular model has got everything you need to get ready for your digital closeup: dimmability, a stand, a phone holder, and filters to help achieve the mood—and complexion—you’re looking for.

Jimmy Jane
Speaking of being in the mood...One of the more enjoyable aspects of quarantine life has been increased opportunity to, um, connect with your significant other. Scaramucci, who knows a thing or two about maximizing opportunities, has got some advice: Get yourself a sex toy. He admits to being “obsessed” with erotic add-ons, so much so that he’s got a favorite retailer. “Go to JimmyJane.com and buy yourself the toy of your choice so that you can have a lot more fun.” While we can’t necessarily say the same for some of his bygone press briefings, we’re gonna take his word on this!
