Anthropologie’s Fall Campaign Celebrates Five Inspiring Women

Anthropologie has just revealed its fall catalog, and while the gorgeous suedes and moody florals are something we expect from the retailer, it’s the feature on pioneering women that makes the campaign stand out. Anthropologie’s fall collection was inspired by the modern woman and the barrier-breaking spirit, and the brand has chosen five women that embody this perfectly.

The 14-page feature, titled “Portrait of a Woman,” presents intimate portraits of style icon Lauren Hutton; model, singer, and body image activist Marquita Pring; artist and poet Cleo Wade; conceptual food designer Laila Gohar; and Co-President of Anthropologie Group Hillary Super.

The goal, the brand says, is to highlight this moment in history where women, more than ever before, are working together to raise each other up. As Super puts it, “I love that, as women, we are finally realizing that we can support each other, and that sharing in each other’s successes doesn’t take away from our own.”

From models defying the archaic notions of age and beauty to a conceptual food designer breaking the mold to a writer using words to inspire a new generation, each of these women tell their personal stories while showcasing their unique design aesthetic in some of Anthropologie’s new pieces.

Be sure to check out Anthropologie’s fall catalog and their website to read more about these inspiring women.
