Anya Taylor-Joy Wears an Ab-Baring Bandeau on the 2023 Golden Globes Red Carpet

Anya Taylor-Joy is back with yet another breathtaking red-carpet look.

The movie star arrived at the 80th annual Golden Globe Awards in a sunny yellow two-piece set by Dior, composed of an ab-baring bandeau with a long bow tied at the back and a wrap sheath skirt. She finished the look off with Tiffany & Co. jewelry.

As for her glam, she coordinated the bright look with a metallic gold mani and held half of her long platinum blonde hair in a twist.

Tonight, Taylor-Joy is nominated for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for her performance as Margot in The Menu, the Mark Mylod-directed thriller about a group of elites visiting an exclusive restaurant on a remote island.

The actress talked about the unique filming experience on set of The Menu during a November 2022 interview with Indie Wire.

"[The director] Mark [Mylod] wanted us to stay, I’m going to say ‘on stage,’ and in character all the time, because the camera was just moving around, so we were constantly improvising," Taylor-Joy said. "Usually if there’s a close-up on somebody else, you’ll go and rest or I’d read, just something that will replenish your energy. But on this one, we all just stayed. Everyone just stayed and enjoyed having front-row seats to brilliant performances. Each table is its own little microcosm and world."

Of her character, she adds, "I just love the way that Margot lives her life. I think she’s so comfortable in her own skin and I haven’t played a lot of characters like that, so to be the one to call B.S. on the whole thing was pretty fun."
