It's All Happening! ‘Almost Famous' Is Being Made into a Musical

Not almost. Definitely.

Almost Famous, the Oscar-winning Cameron Crowe movie from 2000 with Kate Hudson, Billy Crudup, Patrick Fugit, Frances McDormand, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Zooey Deschanel is headed to the stage, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Tony winner Tom Kitt will create the musical score, with original director and screenwriter (for which he won the Oscar) Crowe penning the stage adaptation.

While most of the details are still TBD, we have a feeling this will be the must-see show on Broadway. 

And can we please get a Hudson cameo? We're no good at goodbyes.
