Here's How Meghan Markle's Parents Actually Spent Christmas This Year
Meghan Markle is fresh off of spending Christmas with the royal family in Sandringham, where she took a public stroll, ate some freshly shot pheasant, and had tea with The Queen and Kate Middleton. But while she chilled with Prince Harry's extremely fancy family, her own fam stayed home across the pond.
Meghan's mom Doria Ragland was initially rumored to be spending Christmas with the Queen & Co., but decided to hang in Los Angeles instead, where she was photographed by paparazzi. Doria appeared to be all by her lonesome-though obviously it's possible that she had a bunch of friends and family in the house with her.
Meanwhile, Thomas Markle was photographed visiting deportees in Tijuana, Mexico, on Christmas Eve, and was seen wearing a Santa Hat and handing out presents for kids at a homeless shelter earlier that same day. Thomas was accompanied by a few friends, not to mention several photographers-and while sure, plenty of people will accuse him of staging yet another publicity stunt, a good deed is a good deed!
In related news, it's unclear whether Meghan got in touch with her dad on Christmas, but considering the series of nasty tweets her sister Samantha Markle recently posted, I'm thinking nope.
