A man was captured on video hurling curse words and the N-word repeatedly at a Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins store in Miami Beach, Fla., on Monday as the sole employee was busy serving a child an ice cream cone.

According to a witness, Maggie Gaitan, the man came into the store and demanded to be served as the employee was helping another customer, Miami station WPLG reported. He had begun to mutter under his breath when Gaitan told him, “If you don’t like it, go out. There’s other places.” The employee also told him to stop cursing, or he would have to leave. Instead, he was further enraged.

WARNING: The video below is the original video and has not been censored in any way.

The man blew up at the employee and started to call her the N-word while lifting his middle finger at her repeatedly. Eventually, he left the store. That’s when he noticed he was being filmed, so he banged on the glass, flipping off the camera in a violent rage.

Gaitan told WPLG: “I can’t believe, [in the year] 2018, we’re living things that my mother and father [were] living.”

Dunkin’ released the following statement about the incident: “We are aware of the video and the situation that occurred at the franchised Dunkin’ restaurant located in Miami Beach. We’re disappointed by the behavior exhibited by the guest in this video. Dunkin’ and its franchisees remain committed to our shared goal of providing a positive restaurant experience for all guests and restaurant employees.”

Yahoo Lifestyle reached out to the Miami Beach Police Department for comment on the incident and will update this post when we hear back.
