You Can't Be In A Fowl Mood After Seeing These Thanksgiving Flamingos
Zombie flamingos were only the beginning. If your uptight uncle thought his lawn was safe from festively adorned plastic birds, get ready to freak the flock out of him this November by surprising him with an entire yard full of Turkeymingos.
Yes, Turkeymingos. As in, flamingos dressed as turkeys dressed as-wait for it-pilgrims. That may seem like one step too many, but oh, there's a logic to that madness. Think about it: a plastic flamingo donning a waddle and autumnal plumage could cause someone to mistake it for an actual turkey. But, with the added flair of a pilgrim's hat and the kind of string bow tie that'd make Colonel Sanders K-F-seethe with envy, this little bird doesn't have to worry about becoming someone's (very disappointing) dinner.
Or maybe the creator, Pink Inc., was just feeling a little extra. Either way, it's an unexpected way to signal to everyone who passes by your house this November that (1) you believe Thanksgiving deserves just as much decorative gravitas as Halloween or Christmas, and (2) you want to give your family something to talk about other than politics, why your turkey's always so dry, and when your sister will finally meet a nice boy. Or do something with her hair.
It's time to put your wire stake in the ground and say no to fowl moods on Turkey Day. At $24, this bird's a small price to pay for a little lighthearted distraction.
