We Can't Stop Thinkin About Polar Bear Paw Cupcakes

We've made a lot of adorable kids' recipes this year. Mickey Pizzas, Owl Cupcakes, Mini Gingerbread Houses, Elsa Hot Chocolate … the list goes on and on. But Polar Bear Paw Cupcakes might take the cake for our favorite one yet. Mostly because the cupcakes are really really cute, but also because the process is fabulously easy.

First, you need baking a batch of chocolate cupcakes (with a cake mix, of course). Then, you need to frost them with white icing (canned, canned, canned!), and dip the tops with coconut. Polar bear fur! What are the paws? Oreos and chocolate M&M's of course!
Unlike many cupcake recipe, you don't need baking skills or really any dexterity to pull these off. Even kids can decorate their own. The grown ups will just need to help the cupcakes from the oven. The rest – frosting, coconut, paws - can be left to the little chefs. Best afternoon activity ever..
