Here's Why the Dolan Twins Skipped Out On the 2018 Teen Choice Awards
The Dolan twin fandom legit EXPLODED when it learned that Ethan and Grayson nabbed Choice Male Web Star and Choice Comedian awards at the 2018 Teen Choice Awards.
Not only did stans celebrate their victory, but now they'd get to see the cutest brothers on YouTube deliver a hilarious acceptance speech while obvi looking stylish AF. The only problem: Ethan and Grayson skipped out on the award show. The result: Fans were left wondering, "Where the hell are the brothers?!" Did their absence have anything to do with Ethan's scary motorcycle accident?
Apparently, they were busy making Content with a capital C.
Grayson took to Twitter to thank his fans. "Thank you guys for all the votes this year! Love you guys so much. We couldn’t make it to the awards tonight because we are working on some special things for you all," he Tweeted.

The twins win is big news after last year's alleged TCAs drama (in fact, some fans on Twitter even speculated that the boys didn't attend this year's festivities because of it).
At the 2017 Teen Choice Awards, a fan who was actually at the show claimed that Ethan and Grayson were told they were the winners of Choice Male Web Star, according to Clevver. The boys were even lined up behind Liza Koshy, the female winner, so that they would be ready to roll as soon as their names were announced. That's why is was super fishy and surprising when Logan Paul actually won. Logan himself seemed shocked. Didn't you find it surprising that someone as vocal and extroverted as Logan Paul seemingly had no speech prepared?!
